Wildlife of Jordan

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Wildlife of Jordan includes it's flora and fauna and their natural habitats. The wildlife of Jordan is not known for its quantity or variety, although Palaeolithic remains prove that the region once had bears, lions, zebras, elephants, and rhinoceroses, but these species are all now extinct in this region[1].
