Wilbur Wilde

Wilbur Wilde (born Nicholas 'Nick' Aitken on 5 October 1955) is an Australian saxophonist. He rose to prominence with the bands Ol' 55, Jo Jo Zep & The Falcons, Klapa Maslina and the Skyhooks. He is most famous for appearing as part of the house band on Hey Hey It's Saturday, alongside Red Symons. He also starred in the 2002 film, Trojan Warrior. Wilde is a supporter of the Melbourne Football Club in the Australian Football League.

In 2006 Wilde appeared on Celebrity Temptation and commercials for the Australian Pensioners Insurance Agency. Also in mid-2006, Wilbur joined Vega 91.5fm as the Drive Announcer from 4pm until 7pm. He was sacked from Vega on 20 March 2008.

Wilbur's catchphrase in 1992 was "ready, set, feel!"[citation needed]
