[edit] Blocked IP's list regig - thoughts

I have decided to find a way to make wikipedia's blocked ip's list more user friendly. At the moment it seems like most of the information is more gear towards Admins/Bureaucrats who run the show, futher more there are multiple entries (not suprising due to the fact that most of the time there is more than one person who is blocking ip's at any one time.

[edit] Ideas for making the list more user friendly

• Having monthly archives of all the ip's blocked in a month
• streamlining the layout of the page (not having huge amount of words going across the page)
