I seem to remember hearing once that there were plans to make Willow the state capital. Obviously that never happened, but maybe someone who knows could write a section about it, explaining what the plans originally were and when and why and by whom they were scrapped. --Angr/tɔk tə mi 20:07, 14 November 2005 (UTC)
