  • Support based on stat tool above.--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/WP:CHICAGO/WP:LOTD) 14:14, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
  • Support per above. --buck (talk) 16:20, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
  • Oppose. Moving a dab page from the primary name space needs a clear and convincing case that there is a primary topic. I'm not seeing that case here. The tool used is questioned as not producing results that can be used for decisions here in several other related nominations. Vegaswikian (talk) 08:18, 13 March 2008 (UTC)
  • What are you talking about Blind_Willie_Johnson is getting about 15 times as many views as the other two combined
  • Blind_Willie_Johnson has been viewed 6206 times in 200802
  • Willie_Johnson_(guitarist) has been viewed 252 times in 200802

  • Oppose. The only evidence seems to be this stat tool, which has also supported nonsensical nominations, see Talk:Breaking and Talk:Car wash for examples. Andrewa (talk) 08:41, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
    • The stat tool should be the only evidence that matters. It tells you who is viewing what pages based on what words they enter to get to them. —Preceding unsigned comment added by TonyTheTiger (talkcontribs)
  • Weak support. I would rather have more evidence than just the tool, but Blind Willie Johnson does seem to be the primary topic in my opinion. Dan1980 (talk ♦ stalk) 18:28, 15 March 2008 (UTC)
  • Oppose, for now. Using wikipedia page views to determine primary topic is problematically solipsistic. At the very least there needs to be a wider discussion about the appropriateness of using the tool for that purpose. olderwiser 19:03, 15 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Discussion

Any additional comments:--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/WP:CHICAGO/WP:LOTD) 14:14, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

Unsure of this one. Willie Johnson is such a common name that there are bound to be other claimants. Of those currently listed on the DAB, agree that Blind Willie Johnson has the best case. The stat tool has given some very strange results in other nominations; I think its evidence should be disregarded at this stage. Andrewa (talk) 00:08, 13 March 2008 (UTC)

From the survey above:
