[edit] FRS In
This article says, "He had been elected F.R.S. In. 1874, ...." This could be a typo for "F.R.S. in 1874", or the "In." could be an abbreviation for "India", in which case it should be spelled out, for clarity. I cannot tell which it should be, I do not have access to the 1911 Britannica, and Google is no help. Could some knowledgeable person please fix this? — Nowhither 20:34, 11 September 2005 (UTC)
- Looks like it's fixed now. And correctly too; I found a 1911 Britannica, and it says "in". — Nowhither 21:22, 13 September 2005 (UTC)
