[edit] Judicial Committee of the Privy Council

His biography mentions that he was the lawyer who was involved in taking the very last case from Canada to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in London. Can anyone please find out what the case was, & its proper title? - (202.180.98.82 10:20, 20 September 2006 (UTC))

According to s.8.2 of Hogg the last case was Ponoka-Calmar Oils v. Wakefield [1960] A.C. 18 which was decided in 1959. --PullUpYourSocks 11:53, 20 September 2006 (UTC)
