In List_of_Wimbledon_Doubles_champions, I found 5 doubles titles of Renshaw brothers only: 1884-86 and 1888-89. Where are 2 more? Avia 08:55, 22 Jun 2005 (UTC)

International Tennis Hall of Fame [1] shows 7 titles, "1880, 1881" and 1884-86 and 1888-89. However, Wimbledon Championships Official Site [2] starts the Gentlemen's Doubles from 1884. I don't know the difference, either. (I wrote his Japanese Version today.) --Hhst 11:18, 17 February 2006 (UTC)

So the greatest champion in England's tennis history died at only 43? Does anybody know why?

The life expectancy in 1900 was about 47...DUH.Ryoung122 20:16, 8 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] 1896 Wimbledon finalist?

The article for Harold Mahony says that William Renshaw was also the 1896 finalist, but I don't see a mention here.Ryoung122 20:16, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
