Talk:William Regnery II

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Can someone give a source for William's family connections? This article suggests he is the son of Henry Renery.

Regnery and his family have long been involved in "promoting white nationalism," the Intelligence Report pointed out. "His grandfather, William I, signed incorporation papers for the America First Committee, an organization that opposed fighting Nazi Germany in World War II." It was his father, Henry, who created Regnery Publishing, which during the Clinton-era became a "major purveyor of books by right-wing attack dogs like Anne Coulter and G. Gordon Liddy."

[edit] Family connection link

William II is not the son of Henry Regnery. Henry Regnery was not "Sr", because his son had a different middle name. Alfred and Henry are sons of Henry; William II was not the son of Henry. I don't care what the SLPC or whatever says, they got it wrong.

[edit] Now I know who he isn't

This is such a poorly written article that I'd like to know how to nominate it for deletion. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 201.220.15.66 (talk) 20:48, 9 June 2008 (UTC)

Poor quality is a reason to fix an article, not to delete it. Articles are usually deleted only becaase the subject is non-notable. If you think the subject isn't notable enough for an article then see WP:AFD. If you think it's just a poor article then you can try to improve it or list here the problems so that other editors can help. Off hand, I don't see major problems with the article but I'm not very familiar with the subject. ·:· Will Beback ·:· 22:49, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
