There is no evidence of this player being banned by a Sunderland Message Board. See http://www.readytogo.net/smb/showthread.php?t=194458&page=2 for details. A user by the name of William Mocquet exists, but has not yet posted. This seems a fairly unencyclopedic piece of information to include, but I've left it in after a revert following vandalism.
