This is wrong: William J. Loudon and James Loudon are two different people. One of them was a geologist (William J) and I think he is the one the mountain was named after. The other one, (James) was the Physicist and President of the University of Toronto. James Loudon's dates were 1841-1916 I am not yet a practiced enough Wiki expert to delete all of the errors contained here, including the link to the University of Toronto page, but I will put a note there and hope that someone can fix it.

Addendum. I did a quick fix on this but it probably needs more work. Lostphd 14:26, 28 February 2006 (UTC)
