Hemsley's congressional biography (see external link) lists him as serving in the Maryland Senate in 1800. This is just wrong. Maryland's archives clearly indicate it was his son, as noted in the article. I'd like to have an article about junior, but I can't find any worthwhile data. I felt I needed to explain the difference between Wikipedia and the Congress website. Lou I 23:58, 7 Nov 2004 (UTC)
