[edit] Name and headstone info from Find-A-Grave

Find A Grave is usually not considered a reliable source (it doesn't say where it got its info from), but the entry at [1], with a picture of the memorial stone erected at his gravesite, seems to document clearly that some people think he spelled his name with an "e".
