[edit] Heenan and Froude
This is the same William Froude who invented the hydraulic dynamometer and who formed Heenan & Froude (Newton Heath in Manchester pre-1903 and Worcester) that produced hydraulic dynamometers?
[Heenan and Froude are now Froude Hoffman]
There seems to be no stub for Heenan and Froude but they are mentioned in the article for Worcester UK.

[edit] Pronounciation
I've always pronounced this as "Frowd" ...apparently wrongly. Is "Frood" correct? Or are either acceptable? IPA guide given as /frud/ by Random House Unabridged Dictionary for J. A. Froude.

Okay, also at brother James Anthony Froude. But perhaps add to article head? —DIV (128.250.204.118 06:45, 6 November 2007 (UTC))
- Done. I too had to use the brother for the citation.--Old Moonraker 07:41, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
