I have deleted the bolded text from the following in the article:
""In 1867 he published a pamphlet entitled A Plan for the Reorganization of the Army, and, many years afterwards, he saw as much as he was permitted to see of the expedition sent for the rescue of Gordon."
The reference is presumably to Charles George Gordon but what is meant in this context I am unable to discover, or speculate about.Cutler 09:47, 22 September 2007 (UTC)
