Unfortunately this is a subscription-only site and so fails verifiability. Either a better source should be found, or else we should remove the claim if no other source can be found. --John (talk) 14:46, 9 May 2008 (UTC)
External links may not be subscription sites, but the suggestion this should be applied to the verifiability policy has been repeatedly dismissed. In any case every UK resident has the potential for access by entering their library card number (with a prefix for their local council), and the work is also published in book form and is widely available in reference libraries around the world.
