1. For an article about a band which is known for extensive touring, a rare image of one of the promotional flyers is extremely relevant
2. No free or public domain images have been located which could provide the same information.
3. No other images are known to exist of any other such promotional flyers, making this one extremely rare
4. The image is of lower resolution than the original poster (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
5. The poster is to suggest something of the type of advertising being used by the band.
6. The poster is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the artist's original works in any way.
7. The poster is used on the web, and its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible than it already is.
8. The poster's use on Wikipedia is entirely encyclopedic in nature.
