The badge comprises the coat of arms of Hastings, surrounded by the words "Gulielmus Parker fundavit — 1619" (Latin for "William Parker founded [it] — 1619")

Crest used on buildings, badges and documents by William Parker Sports College to identify the school. According to school website [1] same badge has been in use since 1913, so might be out of copyright?
