- That's kinda what it looks like, but there really isn't any kind of explanation. I came looking for the page because I do work with Wisconsin bands, but it doesn't seem like anyone ever comes here. I think I'll add an explanation to the list of project subdivisions, on the Project Wisconsin page. -Freekee 14:37, 27 August 2006 (UTC)
