  4. Place {{WikiProject Universities}} on every related talk page.
  5. Ensure Featured articles are consistent with the article guidelines.

I have started the January newsletter and will be sending it out in the next 3 days. I'm updating it based on what has happened in the past month, but feel free to add anything you think is pertinent!
