[edit] Notability discussion

Apparently someone decided it'd be fun to start a notability discussion without informing the relevant WikiProjects. See Wikipedia:Notability (Places and transportation), which I've edited to basically sum up the current USRD stance on what's notable and what isn't (with regard to numbered routes, anyway, Lord knows there's no way USRD could ever come up with a coherent statement on local roads).
