[edit] Galaxy Peach
Galaxy peach, Gene-modified Saturn peaches - (wp gwp g | eb 1911 co en gct sw)<--I don't see that other peach varieties have individual articles about them (including the Saturn peach upon which the Galaxy is based). I'd already started on a stub, so if anyone wants to proceed, I'm leaving the following info if it is useful.
- The "Galaxy peach" is a gene-modified Saturn peach created David W. Ramming, a geneticist at the USDA's Agricultural Research Service in 2004. Due to its flat shape, it is sometimes called a "bagel peach." The freestone fruit ripens in mid to late June.
