[edit] Streets

There is a Category:Streets in Southwark and Category:People from Southwark by district Secretlondon 11:05, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

Aha. The streets category is a duplication so will need some remedial action (I suggest Camden is merged in with the rest). I also notice there are a few boroughs that use an '&' but for some categories it is an 'and'. MRSCTalk 11:13, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
Recategorisation from Streets of Camden to Streets in Camden is complete. Hammersmith and Fulham / Hammersmith & Fulham etc. are now consistently named. MRSCTalk 11:49, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Schools and Education

Several boroughs have Education but only one (Croydon) had Schools. I have merged Schools into Education for Croydon. MRSCTalk 12:37, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Images of

These belong on commons, any still on here need to be transferred. We shouldn't be categorising them here. Secretlondon 15:46, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

Does that count for Category:Images of London too? MRSCTalk 16:03, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
Yes - all free images belong on commons. We shouldn't spend any time categorising them on en - they need to be transfered and categorised on commons. Secretlondon 16:04, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
Category:London Boroughs should be where they go. (As well as any other suitable ones) Secretlondon 16:09, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fully categorised

A note of the boroughs fully categorised. MRSCTalk 17:09, 7 June 2007 (UTC)

  • Barking & Dagenham
  • Bexley
  • Havering
  • Hounslow
  • Merton

[edit] Squares in

I know there are lots of squares in Camden, and Westminster - but this isn't common in the rest of the city. I don't think we actually have any notable squares in Southwark, for example. Are they that different from streets or open spaces? Secretlondon 13:10, 7 June 2007 (UTC)

No harm having the category for just Camden and Westminster. Churches also may not be used for all boroughs. MRSCTalk 17:09, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
