[edit] How precise?

How precise do we make this stuff? For example, if we add a case or concept fitting into "specific performance" or do we just want Contract_remedy? It seems like it would be legit to make it somewhat specific. Especially for really broad common law topics as they might get unweildy. mmmbeerT / C / ? 00:33, 28 October 2005 (UTC)

Good question. A table containing every topic in law in the world would be ridiculously huge. Since the section is called categorization it would be best to stick with categories for starts. However, we've already gone beyond that. Perhaps we should remove the excess detail or else just avoid adding more article names and focus on the categories. I'm open to suggestions. --PullUpYourSocks 04:15, 18 November 2005 (UTC)
