[edit] Kent Improvement Template
What do you think about adding this template {{WikiProject Kent improve}}
to any pages that need to be actively worked on. I think we should restrict its use depending on the number of active editors on the project. We would need to create and edit the Wikipedia:WikiProject Kent/Article improvement page. Olive Oil 09:45, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
I've tried it with Ashford, Kent. Olive Oil 12:25, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
- As long as we don't barge in on a page that is being actively edited already. Plus restrict its use to articles where we will be working on it. Do not add it to every article we find, where it will then lay dormant. MortimerCat 20:36, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
- I think the template should go on the Article Talk page, not the main article. MortimerCat 12:47, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
I agree with a lot of what you say MortimerCat,
- The template should be used sparingly and we should put recommendations on the Wikipedia:WikiProject Kent/Article improvement page.
- I think having the template on the main article is a way of attracting people to the Project and to the way the article can be improved. On the talk page it may well be overlooked.

- I said "Talk page" because I have not seen anything similar elsewhere. But looking through Wikipedia:Template messages/Cleanup I now agree with you. I suggest we would need to define at what point the box is removed. MortimerCat 13:29, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
