Wikipedia:WikiProject IRC collaboration is based on IRC, in their Freenode channel #Wikipedia-En preferably, and jurisdicts all Wikipedia articles. This project takes place on Wikipedia and jurisdicts only IRC-related articles. Neal (talk) 13:46, 6 April 2008 (UTC).
