Proxies that do not seem to be open or anonymity network exit nodes should be listed here, rechecked at various times, and removed if still not conclusive.

Block

Proxies that are proven to be open or exit nodes for an anonymity network should be blocked on the English Wikipedia, then should be moved to the "Blocked" section to be reported to the MetaProject in the next batch. Please strip notes not directly useful to a globally blocking administrator, or to a future rechecking administrator (signatures and templates are not necessary).

Once unblocked and the open proxy tag removed from their user pages, they should be moved to "Unblocked" below or posted directly to the MetaProject. Please strip notes not directly useful to a globally blocking administrator, or to a future rechecking administrator (signatures and templates are not necessary).
