Please consider adding a picture to go with you questionnaire response. This doesn't have to be a picture of you in particular. (Though those are always welcome). It could be a picture of your favorite wine or favorite wine related image that is on Wikipedia or Wikipedia:Commons. If you are uploading a new photo that you are the originator of, please consider tagging it with the {{GFDL-no-disclaimers}} license tag.
