[edit] Wild Arms
After a complete re-write of the Wild Arms article on February 22, (see here), and proofreading since then, I think the article may be on its way to something good! The page is actually modeled heavily on the Final Fantasy XII article, which, though not featured itself, but may be about the same quality (just 40kb smaller). Hopefully someone more experienced in editing than me can suggest some ways to make this article better, and hopefully we can get it to GA or Featured-class by April, which will be the English-language Wild Arms series 10th anniversary. Looking forward to any attention this page gets, thanks! Nall 18:52, 24 February 2007 (UTC)

Wow. I'm glad you plan on going FA with this. Found some suggestions though.
- First sentence of story is "1000 before the events of Wild Arms". I'm assuming a years is needed. Done (You assume correct.) Nall 04:36, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
- You may want to consider using Template:cite web for your online sources. Many people expect that now. Done
- The rationales are too short. I would aim for something like 4, 5 or maybe more per picture. Done (7 should be enough.) Nall 04:36, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
- The critical reception section needs to be lengthened. Saying Gamepro liked it and GI loved it is nice, but you probably need to elaborate on what they specifically liked (graphics, innovation, etc.). The game maintains in the 80s on GameRankings, which means there were some problems with it. You probably should include those too. Done (Added new paragraph to Critical Response section.) - Nice suggestions! I'll look into using the cite web template, since I only really have experience using the general reference citations in other articles. Both the critical response and development sections will be getting an update soon (I'll try and be less biased this time; looking toward the Mega Man Zero 4 article for inspiration.) Also, on the image sources, is it appropriate to cite that I captured them using an emulator, or is that against policy in some way? Thanks for the help. Nall 19:11, 4 March 2007 (UTC)

This article is a great read. I just have two things to add to Clyde's notes:
- Numerals usually don't begin sentences. You may want to consider "One thousand years" or "A thousand years" instead. Done (A thousand thanks.) Nall 04:36, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
- WildArmsGame1.png, the first screenshot in the Gameplay section, is very dark when reduced to its current size. If possible, you may want to consider using a screenshot of an area lighter in colors instead. Done (Replaced with town shot.) Nall 04:36, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
Wild Arms is a great game. Best wishes is getting the game to FA by April, and if you have questions or want help with the article, let me know! - fmmarianicolon | Talk 18:03, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
- Criticism noted, thanks. I can easily take a new picture, I was just using an older one someone else had uploaded and re-captured it myself to account for the source info. Expect the story and characters section to be re-worked somewhat; I tend to notice that articles about game throw all caution to the wind and just map out the whole story start to finish, and I'll attempt to do that myself, but the trick is to keep it short enough to not be considered frivolous. Also, if one of you, Fmmarian or Clyde, could rate the article for me, I'd appreciate it. I think I've read that someone responsible for a good deal of edits on a page can't rate it themselves, and I don't want that to get in the way of it being rated GA or FA in the future. Thanks for the help! Nall 19:11, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
