Most documents on-line at the UN website are protected from deep linking by randomized URLs and session cookies, so your link will not work for anyone else.

{{UN_document}} citations are detailed enough to find on paper should you be fortunate to have access to a depository library. Meanwhile, many document codes can access documents through an independent website www.undemocracy.com which de-PDF-izes some of the meetings for web-friendliness. It is also able to serve individual PDF pages because some files are gigantic.
