The following people get some kind of special delivery. Maybe just a notice, maybe nothing, maybe they're not in the project but want it anyway, etc. By default you get the newsletter subst'd on your talk page if you're listed as a project participant. Put your name here to change that.

List format should be * [[User_talk:mumbleuser]], one user per line, with no decoration, redirection, or other misleading info just your real userid please. This makes it easiest for AWB.
