[edit] digi-stub
{{digi-stub}} | User: 210.0.177.84 | 19 April | 4 | Digimon | Was seriously considered before, category doesn't exist |

- There is now a Digimon Wikiproject, Wikipedia:WikiProject Digimon Systems Update. I've left a request for their input on the project page. My personal inclination is if they want to adopt the stub, place it as a child of Cat:Computer and video game stubs and if not, move the Digi-stubs into that category. - The project has been around for a while, and seems inactive. I nonetheless moved it to a more appropriate location recently. Also the word "digimon" is usually invariable in the plural. And anyway, the stub name refers more likely to the anime than the individual creatures, so the name is appropriate, AFAIAC. Circeus 18:56, 27 October 2005 (UTC)

- Digimon stubs have been added to the stub list, which means we're finally done with the May discoveries. Hurrah! Caerwine 20:39, 8 November 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Newly Discovered, August 2005
[edit] {{Cambodia-stub}} / Category:Cambodia-related stubs
With redirects Category:Cambodia stubs (...which redirects to a template), {{Cambodia stub}}, {{Cambodia-stubs}}, {{Cambodia stubs}} (all redirects unused). Has 30 articles. Pending decision on Category:Stubs by region, one of the categories ought to go. Probably no reason to keep the plural templates either, especially since they're orphaned. --Mairi 20:41, 16 August 2005 (UTC)
- The redirects should definitely go IMO - none of them is well-named, and they're all orphaned. I think, given the straw vote on the X or X-region question that we'll probably end up with Cat:Cambodia stubs. Pobably best handled through sfd, though. Grutness...wha? 02:54, 17 August 2005 (UTC)
[edit] {{Anthem-stub}} / Anthem stubs
Created on the 18th by Hmib. Currently only contains two articles. I'd probably take it straight to SFD if I hadn't had poor relations with this user recently. Besides, it might be salvageable. —Cryptic (talk) 21:32, 24 August 2005 (UTC)
- Hm. I doubt it could get enough items overall. 200-odd countries in the world, say half of them with current and former anthems... that'd be 300 articles, tops, many of which are already at above stub size. Grutness...wha? 02:12, 25 August 2005 (UTC)
- That assumes something that the stub expicitly doesn't. This stub isn't just for National Anthems, but any sort of anthem, so stub articles about state songs, college alma maters, even corporation songs such as those found in the IBM song book. There are potentially quite a large number of articles about anthems that could be written. The question is do we have 60 or more such articles that could be called stubs? [edit] {{Belarus-bio-stub}}
Created 2 days ago, unused. Has a category link, but category wasn't created. I'm skeptical that there'd be enough articles. --Mairi 17:09, 25 September 2005 (UTC)
- Personally, this could redirect to {{Belarus-stub}}, since we first need to populate that stub., There was just a split a while ago to create a geo-stub. With no objections, I will do it now. Zach (Sound Off) 17:11, 3 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] {{Japan-university-stub}}
Looks correctly formatted, altho had a category redlink (which I fixed). Possibly useful, although currently only used on 1 article. --Mairi 19:38, 10 October 2005 (UTC)
- my gut feeling is that therell be a lot of them. Ive seen a few of them around. Ill start traveling through the university stubs see whats there. BL Lacertae 22:52, 10 October 2005 (UTC)
[edit] {{Petroleum-stub}} / Category:Petroleum stubs
Created today, used on 15 articles. Lacks any parent categories. I suspect that this could cut across our existing categories... --Mairi 14:47, 11 October 2005 (UTC)
- couldnt it be used for the oil industry as a son of industry stubs? or changed into "oil company stubs" as a son of corp stubs? BL Lacertae 23:26, 11 October 2005 (UTC)
- Mmmm. That's possible - have we got an oil corporation stub? It'd need rewording and possibly having its name changed, but it could be useful. Grutness...wha? 00:19, 12 October 2005 (UTC)
- We've had a {{Petroleum-corp-stub}} since early August. It currently has 77 articles. None of the stubs in Cat:Petroleum stubs are corporation stubs so a merge into the corp stub wouldn't be right. There's an {{Energy development stub}} with 31 stubs that I expect got added to list without going through procedure due to the name and the fact that it don't have the proper parents. Perhaps an {{Energy-stub}} to merge the two together? Caerwine 05:35, 15 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] {{Kuwait-stub}} / Category:Kuwait stubs
Created today, used on 23 articles. Looks well formed. --Mairi 02:18, 15 October 2005 (UTC)
- Still a little with just 42 articles, but I'm addit it to the list. Caerwine 20:27, 28 November 2005 (UTC)
[edit] {{Warcraft-stub}} / Category:Warcraft stubs
Found while testing the "new" namespace filter for newpages: Special:Newpages/namespace=Template. Created today by Havok (talk • contribs). 38 articles, the category is an orphan, though it would fit under Category:Warcraft I suppose. --Sherool 18:51, 15 October 2005 (UTC)
