Wikipedia:WikiProject Omaha
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
WikiProject Omaha was started on May 3, 2008 to coordinate work on articles related to the article Omaha in the English Wikipedia. Some Wikipedians have adopted this as a project to better organize information in articles related to the city of Omaha in the U.S. state of Nebraska.
This WikiProject aims to coordinate improvement efforts on articles related to Omaha, and includes all articles in the Omaha-Council Bluffs metropolitan area. However, it welcomes contributions from the entire Omaha area. It is also an aim of this project to bring the Omaha city article up to Featured Article status, in part by bringing it up to the standards defined by WikiProject Cities. We are considering formalizing an Assessment policy and procedure.
