The Putnam County League is an athletic league affiliated with the OHSAA. All the members are located within Putnam County, Ohio. Ottawa-Glandorf, which is part of the Western Buckeye League, is the only high school within Putnam County not part of the league. Some of the schools have full membership, and some partially belong:

Continental, Fort Jennings, Kalida, Miller City-New Cleveland, and Ottoville do not have football teams. Leipsic and Pandora-Gilboa also have membership affiliations with the Blanchard Valley Conference. Columbus Grove also is a member of the Northwest Conference.

- Ottawa-Glandorf Titans - withdrew from the conference in the 60's to join the Western Buckeye League due to a much larger enrollment than other Putnam County schools.
