The Patriot Athletic Conference (PAC) is a high school athletic conference created for the 2005-2006 academic school year on the west and southwest side of the Cleveland, Ohio area. The PAC is part of the Ohio High School Athletic Association.
The member schools are divided into two divisions by enrollment with the Stars Division consisting of the larger schools while the Stripes Division consists of the smaller schools:
