The Midwest Athletic Conference is an OHSAA athletic league located in west-central Ohio formed in 1972. The Midwest Athletic Conference (MAC) is among the elite conferences in the nation. The following schools are currently members of the league:

Celina High School, of much larger size, is the only school in Mercer County not part of the MAC. They are members of the Western Buckeye League.
