Add the following code, filling in the first two fields, on a user's talk page to give them this award.

The fields yourname and theirname both need to be the username of each, as a link is generated to each user's page. Adding any formatting will break the link.

Changing the awarded = ~~~~~ line could end up with unattractive results. It is not advised.

This template can be subst:ed, but it isn't necessary.
