1. Sexuality and Sexual identity are not interchangeable.
2. The Wikipedia Manual of Style's guidelines on identity indicate to refer to transgendered individuals according to the names and pronouns they use to identify themselves. MOS#Identity (The neutrality of this section was challenged on April 24, 2007, see discussion).
