A revolution biography infobox may be used to summarize information about a person involved in a revolution. It has been created so as to include information such as organization and movement which may not be included in other biographical infoboxes.
The infobox should be added using the {{Infobox revolution biography}} template, as shown below:

- name – the full name of the person.
- dateofbirth – optional – the date the person was born. Use {{birth date}} (or {{birth date and age}} if living)
- placeofbirth – optional – the place where the person was born.
- dateofdeath – optional – the date the person died. Use {{death date and age}}.
- placeofdeath – optional – the place where the person died.
- alma mater – optional – the colleges or universities attended.
- image – optional – an image of the person. The image must be given in the form [[Image:Example.jpg|300px]]; in particular, the thumb attribute must not be selected.
- caption – optional – the text to be placed below the image.
- alternate name – optional – alternate name(s) by which the person was known.
- movement – optional – the movement of the country or other power the person served.
- organizations – optional – the organizations which this person worked with in order to meet their revolutionary goals
- monuments – optional – insert most notable monuments built or named after the person.
- prizes – optional – insert most notable prizes and medals.
- religion – optional – insert religious belief system/affiliation. The consensus is to use this field sparingly.
- influences – optional – names of other individuals or works that have influenced his/her revolutionary beliefs.
- influenced – optional – names of other individuals or works influenced by his/her revolutionary beliefs.
- footnotes – optional – insert any extra details here. Especially point out notable parents and/or children and their associated articles
