Oppose - insufficient reference citations. The worst example is the "Civil rights" section, which lacks any citations whatever, including for a direct quote from elsewhere included in that section. John Carter 14:07, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
Oppose - Definitely underreferenced. Also I think the image of Robert Jackson can only be used under fair use (and it contains no fair use rationale at all, let alone for its use on the Hugo Black page.
