[edit] Suggestion
What's this then, a Motorhead FA drive? :) Sure hope so!
Might I suggest that the list type data (the chronology) would probably be better off in a seperate article, or indeed seperate articles - perhaps one for tours, and one for a general chronology. You won't get FA if the article is burdened with lists, and tours make for good articles anyway. HTH. --kingboyk 09:17, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
- I think it might just be a list of dates as pointers for Alf to fill the article out with. It is a sandbox after all. I don't think he has any intention of putting it in the article as is, or at least I don't think he is. Bubba hotep 10:02, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

- Bubba is right, as yet I don't see how it can make an article by itself, it's just so for the tours the band undertook and notable 'events/gigged withs' - and so I don't get lost when I'm checking back and forth, tying up what other commentaries have - like Lemmy mentioning the Ramones gig on a football pitch with the Ramones getting 50K crowds, it tied down the actual date and venue.--Alf melmac 11:40, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Parallel album chronology
Let me know what you think of the "parallel album chronology" (a sudden morning awakening brainwave which facilitates navigation not only through singles but the albums they were from as well) added to "Overkill (song)", "No Class (song)", and "Bomber (song)". I haven't proceded any further because I don't know whether it is something that adds value or just gimmickery (word?). Will do rest with input from other's eyes! - My first honest re-action is that it's Overkill (if you'll pardon the deliberate choice of the word :P - as it shadows the infobox which is in chronological order also. That's my pre-cup of tea take on it, I'll look again when I've really woken up.
Blimey, wasn't expecting you in this early, tbh! :) Bubba hotep 09:38, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
- Well I intended to stay in until later but couldn't. It's neat, I'll grant you that, though when I think about applying it across the show, I come across ones that had no single and that would break the nav, unfortunately, that's the same with the albums too though, where I first thought it'd be even better.--Alf melmac 09:49, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
I'm fast running out of pros for it, actually. In fact, it has the capacity to confuse. I just did a dummy run and went from song to album when I should have gone song to next song! Mind you, it was confusing with the two Overkills (album and song) and two Bombers one above the other! I might change it back before you get to the dregs at mug's bottom. :) Bubba hotep 09:57, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Argh! :D
Thank you for experimenting with Motörhead. Your persistent quoting worked, and it has been read with interest. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you may want to do.
