Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Qadhafi-clark-koechler.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation.

It also is in need of a fair use rationale. The rationale previously added was determined to be insufficient. Rationales on other pages are not considered, the rationale specific to the article(s)the image is used in needs to be placed on the image page. Because all subjects in the image are living persons and use of the image does not illustrate any information that cannot be explained in text or with freely licensed images, I don't see there being an adequate fair use claim made, however, you have 48 hours. Sorry for the confusion. Regards, LaraLove 20:27, 3 December 2007 (UTC)

Fair use policy #1 gives a good example: "As a quick test, ask yourself: Can this image be... adequately conveyed by text without using a picture at all?" This image conveys nothing that text cannot. Therefore, it's replaceable... by text, and there is no need for it in the article. Note that this has nothing to do with politics, not only because I don't bring my personal opinions and points of view into my work, but rather that I had no prior knowledge on this issues at all. нмŵוτнτ 21:09, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
