[edit] Notices
If possible please avoid leave watermarking or SVG queries on my talk page, I can get several a week often on the same diagrams. I am in the process of reviewing all my uploaded artwork it will be easier and ultimately quicker for me to do it as I have the layered master files at my disposal, whereas other users will have to trace or start again. I'm trying to actively review the quality and accuracy of my diagrams every 1, 6 and 12 months after they are made. If a diagram has a major error please inform me asap and I will endevor to correct it as quickly as I can.
On the subject of the SVG format: If I'm making an image from scratch with no shading, large size etc. then I should do it as an SVG. But if I've already drawn it, lets not waste time converting it to SVG. I'd be grateful if we can focus on creating new content rather than redrawing good old content in different formats. Especially as my artwork is usually 3000x2000 pixels, much larger than any conventional screen resolution and able to be printed happily on A3 paper at a good resolution. Once we have all the artwork and the demand for new pieces is reduced, we can start to look back over our older pieces and correct/improve them. In much the same way as concept of the text in mainspace articles.
Requests for artwork can go on my talk page, I will try and answer them as soon as possible (usually the day you post them). If you have a request for custom artwork for a Wikipedia article please read the section below and post according to the format I’ve given. It will help speed up the process and save me time, it will also ensure you get what you want.
I'm a Brighton & Hove based student of Biochemistry. I am also involved in creating diagrams generally of a medical or scientific nature for use here on Wikipedia. My interests are mostly medical and biochemical articles these days.

All you need to do to request a diagram is post the following information in this format on my talk page;
- Page URL*:
- Diagram Description*:
- List any Similar Pictures Already Online:
- Related Articles/Websites that Might help me:
I will then review the subject matter you wish me to create a diagram for and get back in touch should I need any further assistance. Normally this is not necessary as with most diagrams it is simply a case of bringing the article to my attention and I will be able to clearly see why and where a diagram is needed. However if its a highly specific article then I will generally get in touch with you for more specific information. I use a combination of Adobe Photoshop 7.0.1 and Corel Painter IX with a Wacom Intuos 2 graphics tablet to create my pieces.
