I remember the picture was different before; it was a psychedelic, colorful image, but why it changed into this plant picture? Wooyi^{Talk to me?} 00:20, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

But in the discussion the image issue never came up, and the original image is actually prettier. What was the main reason for the image change? Wooyi^{Talk to me?} 01:24, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

Actually, at this topic, 4 of 8 project members voted for the current picture (5 if you count Old american century), while the other two proposed images received 1 and 2 votes apiece. That may not be the best consensus around, but it was reasonable; the debate was open for over 4 months. As it didn't seem to be progressing any further, a new project banner was proposed here, and since no one objected, the project's image was changed. ~ Danelo 04:59, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
