[edit] Size of picture

I have reverted the picture to a smaller size, as the picture is just decoration for the template, and takes up a too larger space on any talk page it is added to. The example that was quoted is only 100px horizontally, and also has the additional grading system. Bob talk 20:12, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
