[edit] Revamped the template

I have revamped the template to follow WP:Israel and most other projects that allow a class and assessment, as well as small and nested headers. I hope nothing broke :) -- Avi 20:09, 5 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] This template is malfunctioning
