Template documentationThis template is to be placed on the talkpage of any article which may be of interest to WikiProject Discworld.

- |nested= use this if the shell template {{WikiProjectBannerShell}} is present on a talk page. If there are already two or three banners on a talk page when you add {{WikiProject Discworld}}, consider adding adding the shell template wrapper and adding |nested=yes to the other banner templates.
- |class= Every time you add this template to a talk page, please grade the article for quality using the Assessment scale.
There are also a number of parameters that can be used to indicate that the article needs cleaning up in one form or another. Please see Wikipedia:WikiProject Discworld/Cleanup for more details of when to use these parameters.
- |infobox= if the article is about a Discworld book, film, short story or character, and it doesn't already have an infobox. This parameter categorises into Category:Discworld articles needing an infobox.
- |in-universe= Many of the articles about characters and places are written from a primarily in-universe style and need to be rewritten. This parameter categorises into Category:In-universe Discworld articles
- |merge= Some of our articles cover topics which are simply not notable as independent pages; these should be merged into lists or larger articles. This parameter categorises into Category:Discworld articles to be merged.
