[edit] Broken Muso Infobox Template System

Uncoordinated action over a period by several editors has broken the multi-instrumentalist infobox "{{User Instruments List ..." etc. This results in a lot of red links - and there is no way to correct things without recreating pages that were renamed/moved/deleted (many pages were "ist"ed and the infobox templates would also have to be edited/reinstated at new locations) - each undoubtedly for what 'seemed like a good idea at the time'. I was thinking of adding several other categories for other instruments I play, but there seems little point.

Unlike musos who only play one or two instruments, I am not going to fill my page with heaps of tiny individual banners - that may appeal to tweenies & teenies, but they are young enough to be my grandchildren.

If the info box template system is not going to be fixed - preferably by those who broke it :) then I'd prefer to just purge the info - it's only a Wiki User page anyway.

I'd start on fixing it, but that would be reverting decisions made by shudder... CONSENUS ...
