  • Other notes: I'm not sure Young Vienna is the correct article to port the info from the German Wikipedia to. This article is about a specific group of writers. de:Wiener Moderne is about the whole culture of turn of the century Vienna of which those writers were a part. I suspect Viennese modernism would be a better title for the translation. Anyway, I'll give it a go once I've researched the best title. This whole period of Austrian cultural history could do with more content. (Vienna Secession, for example, is threadbare and the corresponding German article is equally sparse). • The period/concept seems to be referred to as Wiener Moderne within English-language texts too (or more loosely as fin-de-siècle Vienna which is too vague for a title in my opinion). So I've gone with Wiener Moderne. Valiantis 16:05, 8 October 2005 (UTC)

This article is likely to be a paraphrase of the German Wikipedia article with additional content rather than a direct translation as further context is required for an anglophone audience than is provided in the German article. Valiantis 16:33, 8 October 2005 (UTC)
