[edit] What do you Think
Here is the userbox I created, if you don't like it or you would rather it say something else let me know.--Seadog--fly on....littlewing 01:50, 27 September 2006 (UTC)
This user loved Steve Irwin, and will never forget him and his incredible feats |
[edit] Lol
My goodness I did wonder what I'd done to you! No, maybe you (not logged in) or someone else deleted a tonne of info off your user page; so, as it was an anon IP I reverted it back, here. If it was you I apologise and ignore me. :) Glen 21:00, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
- Nice, removed the warning from your IP then :) Glen 23:45, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] User box tips
I thought I would mention that your layout of user boxes on User:Whytecypress/Personal Userboxes could use some help. You would dramatically improve the layout by preceding each section header that has a user box above it with {{clear}}.
However, if you want, you could go one better with tables. This is what I used on my user page. It was mostly empty until I added the user boxes. The tables allowed me to tile them better. Feel free to borrow my code. Just be sure you change your page rather than mine. (One user that wanted to archive his talk page moved my talk page archive to his user space by mistake.) Will (Talk - contribs) 02:03, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
- I think you were on my watchlist. How you got there? I don't know. Will (Talk - contribs) 02:12, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Re: Alagaesia and so forth
Fair enough, and good idea. Any idea how else we could divide the page up? Chronologically? Geographically? (Dividing the map into four quadrants occurs to me, but I'm not entirely sure that makes sense in terms of finding things.) The difference between a major and minor place can occasionally be subjective. Kith 02:21, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] about the nation states screen shot
About the image you uploaded of the nationstate's issue page, why is the flag so large?--HoneymaneHeghlu meH QaQ jajvam 19:03, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
- Perhaps, it's best to use what's representative of most nations in NS.--HoneymaneHeghlu meH QaQ jajvam 02:09, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] UCFD
I have nominated a category you created, Category:Wikipedians Who Use Hieroglyphs, for renaming. You can contribute to the discussion at Wikipedia:User categories for discussion. Thanks, VegaDark 21:44, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
- Also, Image:Oxford English Dictionary Set.jpg is a fair use image, and fair use images are not permitted in the userspace. I have removed the image from your user page per policy. Thanks, VegaDark 06:42, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Occult Project
I stopped doing much editting after I had my articles deleted without discussion, just three guys bullying me :/ KV(Talk) 02:54, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
- You can try if you want, but Wikipedia is run by deletionists: rather than eternally trying to improve articles, they want to delete anything that isn't perfect. I have the pages maintained at User:King Vegita/Hermeticism and other thought systems and User:King Vegita/Hermetism. I wonder if the AFDs are still up... they accused Hermetism of being a word only used by Manly P. Hall, despite me finding other authors that used it; the only dictionary I ever saw that had either Hermeticism or Hermetism had Hermetism but not Hermeticism. They also felt that Hermeticism and other thought systems was OR despite it being highly cited and the "OR" consisted of making the claim that if A believes C and B believes C, then both believe C. Feel free to try.

I saw that you're a member of Wikiproject Occult; would you like to join my new Wikipedia: WikiProject Kabbalah. Your participation would be much appreciated. Thanks. Lighthead 02:28, 7 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Thanks!
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Lighthead 00:57, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
Kabbalah and Rosicrucianism are actually very similar from a medieval standpoint. I may be mistaken though. Correct me if I'm wrong. Lighthead 01:05, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] WPFC
Welcome to WP Former Countries. There are a number of open tasks that you can help with
- Tag the talk page of any former country articles with the {{WPFC}} banner. In addition to tagging, many articles need to be assessed (see talk article for details)
- Improve the content of former country articles, including the implementation and maintenance of the Former Country Infobox (template instructions here)
If you have any thoughts on how to improve the running of the project, let us know! - 52 Pickup 09:17, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Do you know...
Do you know how to use the userbox that I have on my userpage that refers to the edit count. It links to your edit count but I don't know if I put the info. right. For easy reference it's under the userbox heading Wikipedia and/or Technology on my userpage. Thanks. Lighthead 16:32, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
Never mind I figured it out! Lighthead 16:59, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] User Category for Discussion
[edit] Comments
No, I didn't take them offensively, I just don't respond that often due to the lack of willpower. We'll see what I can do. KV(Talk) 00:29, 16 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] User Box Enabler
You, dear Whytecypress are a user box enabler. After I had worked so hard to trim down my user boxes, I now have the envie to add some more! L 02:35, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Unspecified source for Image:CaledoniaFurnace.JPG
Thanks for uploading Image:CaledoniaFurnace.JPG. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 23:12, 26 July 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. OsamaK 23:12, 26 July 2007 (UTC)

What was the purpose of moving Sea of Helkar to "Sea of Helkär"??? Helkar is the correct spelling, alternatively Helcar. I revert since no reasons were given. Súrendil 21:11, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
